The program works to <strong>encourage<\/strong>,<strong> equip<\/strong>, and<strong> recognize <\/strong>companies of all sizes and sectors in the Philadelphia region who commit to<strong> <\/strong>positive impact, and <strong>sustain<\/strong> their ongoing participation in the region\u2019s impact economy.<\/p>\n<p>Best for PHL is looking for companies to participate on two different levels: Community Members and Community Champions. Each organization can attend an assessment workshop to take the Quick Impact Assessment which measures what matters regarding a business\u2019s social and environmental impact. After participants complete the assessment, they are invited to make a pledge to improve one area or aspect of their business.<em> <\/em>Once the Quick Impact Assessment is completed and an area of improvement is pledged, participants will be recognized as a Community Member. At this point, participants will receive the Best for PHL Community Member logo to use in digital communications, be connected to the Best for PHL Mentor Network, gain public recognition as a Best for PHL Community Member, and network with other like-minded companies.<\/p>\n<p>We encourage businesses to move on to the Community Champion level by taking the full B Impact Assessment with the guidance of an assessment mentor. As Best for PHL Community Champions, participants will have access to various webinars that provide support and resources for businesses to sustain improvements. Community Champions also receive a Best for PHL Community Champion logo to use in digital communication, can take part in advanced support sessions from Best for PHL Mentor Network, and gain public recognition as a Best for PHL Community Champion. At this level, Community Champions receive personalized promotion on the Best for PHL social media platforms.<\/p>\n<p>There is an upcoming workshop, hosted by Greenberg Traurig, LLP, on March 29th from 8:30 to 10:30 AM.
